With more than 500 kilometers of marked trails, La Gomera is a true paradise for hikers. It houses tours of all kinds: easy and somewhat more complicated, short or long, with more or less shade ... But they are all spectacular!
Hiking on this island is an experience that transports very, very far physically and mentally. In addition, most circuits offer the guarantee and peace of mind of knowing that they have been drawn by professionals, that they are approved and marked and that they have all the necessary measures for walkers of all levels.

The Garajonay National Park is the most beautiful place for hiking ... it is a subtropical forest called laurel that once covered much of southern Europe. However, this ancient forest has disappeared from that part of the world. Today it can only be seen in the Canary Islands and other Atlantic islands such as Madeira or the Azores, for example. As you walk along the park''s trails you will wonder how it is possible for such dense vegetation to form in this place where it rains so little. The answer is called horizontal rain: low clouds that pass over the island and leave the humidity in the forest in the form of drops.
There are several short and well marked trails in the park that you can easily travel. We recommend that you explore them instead of staying alone with the road viewpoints. Walking along the paths of Las Mimbreras, the Satin of the Mist or the Creces you will feel the magic of this place.
