Safety rules
You are kindly asked to vacate your room by noon on your departure day. On leaving, please remember to settle your bill and return your room key.
If you wish to stay on, please consult reception. The late departure service carries an additional charge.
The card with your ID details delivered to you at reception on arrival identifies you as a hotel guest. Please carry it with you at all times inside the hotel facilities.
If you lose it you can request a new one from reception. On the day of your departure the card will be deactivated at noon.
The hotel has a night security service.. You are advised not to leave the terrace of your room open at night or when you are absent.
Please do not enter the hall in swimwear.
Do not use towels or other room garments outdoors.
We regret to inform you that animals are not allowed in the hotel.
To smoke, please go to the hotel entrance.
Pools
Out of respect for other clients, please do not try to reserve swimming pool deckchairs by leaving towels, clothes or other objects on them. There is a towel-change service in the swimming pool area.
Only drinks purchased in the swimming pool bar may be consumed in the pool area. To avoid accidents, please refrain from using glasses or other glass objects in the swimming pool area
Restaurants & Bars
According to the standards of this establishment and in order to maintain a pleasant ambience for our clients, gentlemen are asked not to wear shorts, sportswear or sleeveless t-shirt in the restaurants and evening bars.
Food or drinks may not be taken out of the hotel dining rooms.
If you have specific diet requirements (gluten-free, celiac, food allergies, etc. ) please do not hesitate to contact our restaurant department or Reception, we will be delighted to help you.
SAFETY AND SECURITY STANDARDS IN ROOMS:
Due to the special hydrological conditions of our island, water is a highly valuable but scarce commodity. Please use it prudently and do not waste it.
We have a commitment to the environment in terms of bed linen change. Bed sheets are changed every other day, bathrobes once a week and towels daily. If you wish, and for your greater comfort, we can change them according to your preferences.
The handle of the main door of your room carries a “Do not disturb" sign.
If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please hang the “Do not disturb" sign outside the door.
The rooms are cleaned daily between 9:00 am. and 4 pm. If you wish your room to be cleaned at a certain time do not hesitate to inform Reception.
Please do not hang clothes or towels on the room balcony handrails.
If there is anything wrong with your room, please inform Reception so that they can send the Technical Service department to solve the incident as soon as possible.
If you do not wish to take telephone calls or would rather take them at a particular time, please inform reception.
SAFETY AND SECURITY STANDARDS IN DESPACIO BEAUTY CENTRE & GYM
Eating or smoking is forbidden.
Anyone that enters the centre accepts the rules
For the sake of safety and hygiene, please carry a towel and wear footwear when using the gym. You must never enter the gym wet.
Once you have finished working out, please leave any equipment you have used in its proper place.
To avoid accidents, please refrain from using glasses or other glass objects inside the centre.
Please do not walk barefoot inside the premises.
All users must wear a bathing costume and carry a towel to use the Sauna and Turkish Baths.
If you are interested in any of our treatments and have some kind of physical ailment, please talk to your doctor first and take the contraindications that our Despacio Beauty Centre personnel will explain to you into account.
The use of sports clothes and footwear is obligatory.
Please use the machines and weights correctly, and if you are in any doubt please consult the monitor or person in charge.
